This Chardonnay underwent alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel fermentors at low temperature till 9% alcohol was reached then transferred into French & American oak barrels. After about 2 months when the alcoholic and malolactic fermentation were completed the wines were combined. Stabilization and fining treatments preceded bottling. This process creates a fruity buttery and smooth BRAVDO chardonnay.
